We want you to love your WoofWear! Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Products

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. We encourage you to review the size guide on each product page carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect in any way, we will make it right — guaranteed. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 2 business days (it sometimes gets scanned early). If it still doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and find a solution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
